At Rags & Wood Co., every piece is handmade with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're always happy to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact us using the form below before sending anything back. All returns must be approved before being shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method if approved. Please allow time for your payment provider to process the refund.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Our one-of-a-kind jewelry cabinets are also final sale.
Exceptions will be made for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A Note About Handmade Items
Every piece we create is handmade, and slight variations in measurements, finishing, and natural materials are part of what makes each one special.
These little differences are simply part of the character of a handmade piece and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take pride in our work and carefully package every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive something you didn't order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.
Include your order number and a few photos of the issue so we can take a look and work toward making it right.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we're always happy to help if you have concerns about a delayed or missing package.
